Founding of Aktion

● Founding of Aktion Paz at Lagoa Iate Clube (LIC), in Lagoa da Conceição, in a 50m² room with 4 employees.

● The company was born with a strong purpose of promoting health and quality of life, transforming people's lives through movement, science and integrated care.

● Launch of the Future Champion program.

● Care for athletes in skateboarding, surfing, windsurfing, tennis and football.

Cinesio |Pilates

Cinesio I has specialized physiotherapists working on injury prevention and rehabilitation, preparing the patient to practice physical activities with safety and performance.

The methods used include: Pilates, Five, and pneumatic and functional exercises.

Cinesio ||Functional physical training

The space is fully structured to provide specific, individualized care with qualified technical support.

It is designed for different profiles, from beginners and patients in rehabilitation to practitioners seeking injury prevention or functional improvement, promoting safety, comfort and efficiency in training.

Over the years, he refined his specializations and established the company as a reference in the field, combining innovation, science and a commitment to patients' quality of life.
